How soon can I have a container delivered?

Using our unique delivery method, we are able to offer same day delivery anywhere in Auckland. However, some lead time is always preferable!

How does your trailer work?

As you will see from our short demo video clip on this site, the trailer works in much the same way as delivering a boat off a trailer. We need a 17m straight line back to the point where the container will be dropped.

Can the container be positioned at right angles to the trailer or be lifted up and over a low wall?

No it can’t. If you need one positioned at right angles or lifted, we will organise a hi-ab for you.

When I am finished with my container, what do I need to do?

You merely pick up the phone and call 0800 GET CONT or email us, and we will arrange to collect it as soon as possible. It’s as easy as that!

What are your terms?

Payment is invoiced monthly in advance including any transport costs.

What size containers do you have for hire and how much space do these offer?

We have 10 footers (3m) and 20 footers (6m) for hire. A 20ft container offers around 30 cubic metres of space and practically can store all the household effects of a standard 3 bedroom home.

Do you offer a place where I can store a full container?

No, we do not offer off-site storage.

Do I need council permission to store a container on my site?

A quick call to Auckland Council will put your mind at rest as there are a number of different scenarios.

Do I have to worry about condensation?

Our containers are very new and fresh. They have 3 air vents on each side. It is important not to put anything moist or wet inside. Also, for long term storage, raising the container an inch or two above the ground is not a bad idea.

How secure are your containers?

Our containers all have factory fitted lock-boxes for added security. A lock in one of these and one or two on the right hand door handles will make it very secure.
